The present invention relates to a resin composition for 3D printing and a 3D printing method using the same. Provided are: the resin composition for 3D printing, which can easily form a three-dimensional shape; and the 3D printing method using the same. The resin composition for 3D printing has the viscosity of 700-2,000 Pa·s measured in accordance with shearing stress under the conditions of a temperature of 25°C, 10% of a strain, and a frequency of 1 Hz after the composition is irradiated with light having wavelengths in the UV-A range and the intensity of radiation of 3 J/cm^2.
