The present invention relates to a backlight unit having excellent luminance and color uniformity and a display device including the same. A backlight unit according to the present invention includes a printed circuit board on which a light source is mounted; a first reflection member provided on an upper portion of the printed circuit board to reflect light upward; a color control unit disposed on an upper or lower portion of the first reflection member to absorb or covert the light having a specific wavelength into light having another wavelength; a second reflection member disposed over an upper portion of the first reflection member while being spaced apart from the upper portion of the first reflection member, wherein the second reflection member includes a plurality of transmittance parts through which a part of light is transmitted upward and reflects non-transmitted light downward; and a quantum dot film provided on an upper portion of the first or second reflection member.
