PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crystal device which reduces fluctuation of an oscillatory frequency in a crystal element.SOLUTION: A crystal device includes: a rectangular substrate 110a; a frame body 110b provided along an outer peripheral edge on an upper surface of the substrate 110a; an electrode pad 111 provided on the upper surface of the substrate 110a; a wiring pattern 113 electrically connected to the electrode pad 111 and provided on the upper surface of the substrate 110a; a crystal element 120 mounted on the electrode pad 111; and a lid 130 for hermetically sealing the crystal element 120.
