PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of reproducing a system failure and a transportation failure without requiring a complicated operation.SOLUTION: An operation adjustment training system 1 includes: a failure history storage device 100D which can store system failures that occur in an operation management system 100 for managing train operation, or failure information relating to transportation failures about the train operation, and diagram information about the train operation; a training operation management system 120 which is provided for training of operation adjustment to be able to reproduce a state of a failure that occurs in the operation management system; and a training terminal 120T which can reproduce a plurality of failures according to a time sequence of their occurrences in the training operation management system 120 on the basis of the failure information and the diagram information stored in the failure history storage device 100D.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
