摘要 The present invention provides a hydrogel-based microfluidic chip for co-culturing cells, and a use thereof. The microfluidic chip of the present invention enables the co-culturing of vascular endothelial cells and cancer cells, and thus can be widely used in studies related to cancer and, particularly, is suitable for studies related to photothermal therapeutic effects on cancer cells. The microfluidic chip of the present invention has excellent biocompatibility and good mechanical properties, and is economical.
