FIELD: medical equipment.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions includes device for breakage of at least one shutoff element located inside flexible tube of containers system for blood collection and blood component separation, device for processing of biological fluid medium and method of breakage of shutoff element, relates to medical equipment and is intended for use in blood transfusion and perfusion. Device for breakage of at least one shutoff element located inside flexible tube of containers system for blood collection and blood component separation comprises shut-off element with first and second parts separated by a fragile zone. Fragile zone is made with possibility of fracture to allow fluid flow inside mentioned flexible tube. Mentioned device comprises also unit for holding mentioned flexible tube, which includes fixed element with first seat to hold first section of mentioned flexible tube and movable element with second seat to hold second section of mentioned flexible tube, wherein mentioned two seats are aligned along central line that determines neutral position of movable element. Mentioned device is also equipped with element for actuation of movable element in both sides from neutral position to break fragile zone of shutoff element, when flexible tube is installed in holding unit.EFFECT: invention provides effective breaking of any locking elements (circuit openers) and reduction of number of operations with centrifuging containers without deterioration of separation process.13 cl, 10 dwg |
