Second spline bracket of which (28) forms with its free end locking clamping device (29). Wherein fitting comprises power accumulator (35) preferably consisting of tension spring located in exposed structure (7), and fixed by one end (36) near rotary axis (19) on guide bracket (20) between retractable bracket (11) and guide bracket (20), and with other end (37) it is connected with retractable bracket (11) near wing rotary base (15), between wing (3) and retractable bracket (11).
