FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: test bench comprises an inductor mounted on a portal, a wheel pair rotation drive provided with an interacting with the wheel flanges roll mechanism, a device for application of a magnetic indicator, a teeth recorder, a control unit and a unit of feeding the inductor. Device for application of a magnetic indicator is supplemented with a lifter made as a 3D parallelogram mechanism feeding baths to the controlled wheels. Control unit connected to the teeth recorder output is equipped with pulse counters fixing magnetization cycles of the teeth in parts and the whole wheel and generating signals for complex automation of technological transitions from automatic process of serial magnetization of all teeth by step-by-step turning the wheel pair rotation wire coupled with reciprocating motions of the inductor to automatic lifting of filled with the help of a pump unit with a suspension baths with dipping the rim of rotating controlled gear wheel.EFFECT: provided is higher efficiency and reliability of gear wheels control.10 cl, 4 dwg |
