A paper product dispenser assembly has a hood that includes a hood coupling component, as well as a first rear housing member that is configured for selective coupling with the hood. The first rear housing member has a first coupling component that cooperates with the hood coupling component for releasably coupling the hood and the first rear housing member to one another. The first rear housing member and the hood jointly define a first housing that is adapted to hold a roll of paper product therein. A second rear housing member of the assembly is configured for elective coupling with the hood in place of the first rear housing member. The second rear housing member has a second coupling component that cooperates with the hood coupling component for releasably coupling the hood and the second rear housing member to one another.
