<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endless belt made of a resin scarcely damaging a belt surface during production, installation and use and having self-repairing properties even for the caused damage, to provide a method for producing the belt and to provide an apparatus for forming an image equipped with the belt. <P>SOLUTION: The endless belt made of the resin comprises the resin having a block structure in which soft segments containing a long-chain alkyl group or a polysilicone are bound to both ends of a hard segment containing any structure selected from an aromatic polyimide, an aromatic polyamide and an aromatic polyamide-imide in a main chain.
