PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an axial gap type motor generator which cools a coil without increasing an axial dimension.SOLUTION: In an axial gap type motor generator (76), a rotor (92) and a stator (6) face each other in an axial direction of a rotary shaft (10) of the rotor (92). The stator (6) includes a coil (42), and the rotor (92) includes magnets (50). A case (78) for receiving the rotor (92) and the stator (6) includes a heat radiation member (80), and the heat radiation member (80) contacts with at least one end surface of the coil (42). Preferably, the heat radiation member (80) contacts with an end surface of a winding portion of the coil (42) which is located at the outer peripheral side of the stator (6).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13 |
