PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data management system for, when provision target user identification information and data designation information is acquired, transmitting data provision notification when data group specification information is applied, and for transmitting the data provision notification by applying the data group specification information when the data group specification information is not applied.SOLUTION: A data management system 10 includes an information management device having: a document provision setting part 110 for acquiring provision target user identification information and data designation information; a tray association and storage part 180 for storing the user identification information and data group specification information in association; a document provision notification transmission part 130 for, when the user identification information is stored in the tray association and storage part 180, transmitting data provision notification; a tray creation part 140 for, when the user identification information is not stored in the tray association and storage part 180, applying the data group specification information; and a document data transmission part 160 for transmitting data group acquisition information for acquiring one or more data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
