TONER

A toner which, even in a high-speed oil-less fixing system, is excellent in developing ability and low-temperature fixability and does not cause discharged-paper adhesion and which, even in borderless printing, can be free from paper sticking to the roller and offset. The toner comprises toner particles comprising a binder resin and a colorant. The toner is characterized in that when the toner is dissolved in tetrahydrofuran (THF) solvent at 25°C for 24 hours and the THF-soluble components are subjected to GPC-RALLS-viscometer analysis, then the proportion of components having an intrinsic viscosity of 5.0x10^-2 dL/g or lower to all the THF-soluble components is 15.0-60.0 mass% and the proportion of components having an intrinsic viscosity of 1.5x10^-1 dL/g or higher to all the THF-soluble components is 20.0-40.0 mass%.
