A repair and reinforcement apparatus for the outside of a pier and a steel pipe pile is provided to repair and reinforce the corroded or cracked part of a structure such as a pier and a steel pipe pile easily by discharging the inside water of a form through a discharge valve and filling up the inside space of the form with a coating material. A repair and reinforcement apparatus(1) for the outside of a pier and a steel pipe pile for repairing and reinforcing a structure(100) such as a pier and a steel pipe pile not to be corroded or cracked and using a bridge safely comprises ring-shaped spacer members(10) assembled to the structure to be repaired and reinforced in one or more stages and installed to the outside of the structure, a form(20) composed of many bodies(23) to be penetrated upward and downward, an inside space(21) to be adhered closely to the outer circumference of the spacer member, a joint(25) coupled with a first rubber packing by a fastener member(24) to keep the body and the body tightly, and an injection valve(27) and a discharge valve installed to one side of the bodies located at the top and the bottom, and a coating material filled in the space of the form. |
