PURPOSE: A method for setting user interface configuration in IPTV service and a set-top box for implementing the same are provided to change the user interface which user prefers by enabling the user to change the user interface and graphic user interface. CONSTITUTION: The method for setting user interface configuration in IPTV service and the set-top box for implementing the same include an input signal receiver, storage part, controller, and an output unit. The signal receiver(13) receives the input signal according to the predetermined key input. The storage part stores the user interface configuration information. In the controller(14), the user interface configuration selection signal is received from the input signal receiver, the screen for selecting the attribute of one or more elements comprising the user interface is outputted. In the roller, the attribute of the elements of the user interface is respectively selected. When the input signal for the user interface configuration is received from the input signal receiver, the user interface reflecting the element of each attribute is set. The output unit(15) outputs the data outputted from the controller. |
