PURPOSE: A cap with an operating unit of a character form is provided to promote consumption by familiarity of products and to improve the image of enterprise through a specific shape or character. CONSTITUTION: A cap with an operating unit of a character form comprises a lid(2) for opening and closing which is assembled in a discharge direction of the content of a container(1); and an operating unit(3) for opening and closing which is coupled with the upper part of the lid. The operating unit is formed in a shape of a specified form. The character(4) formed on the operating unit is assembled after being separately manufactured. A discharge hole(5) is formed on the operating unit.
