PURPOSE: A mobile terminal and a payment method thereof performing payment process are provided to perform payment process and receive settlement information in the mobile terminal of the other user. CONSTITUTION: A wireless communication unit(110) receives payment measure information from a terminal. A controller(180) manages a payment by using the payment measure information received through the wireless communication unit. The payment measure information includes a card number, the term of validity, and a usage limitation. The user information includes a user name, a social security number and an electronic signature.
