PURPOSE: A pressure distribution device and a thin part manufacturing apparatus having the same are provided to improve the productivity of thin parts by uniformly transmitting the pressure to a pressed object regardless of the shape and the structure change of a pressed object. CONSTITUTION: A thin part manufacturing apparatus having a pressure distribution device is composed of an upper stamp(70) transmitting the pressure by closely contacting the pressed object put on a lower stamp(90), a first member which transmits the pressure to the upper stamp and makes the upper stamp inclined according to the deviation with the pressed object, and a second member which is formed to be contact to the first member and guides the movement of the first member according to the movement of the upper stamp.
