PURPOSE: An electrophoretic display device and an array panel thereof are provided to configure a light hole for an increase of intensity of radiation to a gate electrode and configure a gate sub electrode for the supplementation of voltage instability of the gate electrode, thereby embodying the touch sensor in cell of a photo type. CONSTITUTION: A switching transistor comprises a first gate electrode(125a), a gate insulating layer(145), a semiconductor layer(142a), a first source electrode(132a) and a first drain electrode(134a). An optical sensor transistor(Tp) is corresponded to a sensor area. The optical sensor transistor comprises a second gate electrode(125b), a gate insulating layer, a second semiconductor layer(142b), a second source electrode(132b) and a second drain electrode(134b). The second gate electrode comprises a light hole(LH). The center part of the light hole is opened. The gate sub electrode(172) is connected to the second gate electrode. |
