PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet seat and a portable IT system capable of checking and controlling daily health condition by installing a sensor capable of observing shape, color and smell of urine and stool.SOLUTION: (A) A sensor capable of observing shape and color of excretion and a smell sensor capable of detecting smell are installed on a toilet seat and a portable IT device. (B) Observed result and future precaution are displayed with a digital letters and a graph on a panel. (C) The observed result and the future precaution are notified by a voice function.
