PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synchronization device of a transmission capable of securing a smooth and sure motion of a sleeve while reducing a weight and a size of the device by dispensing with a component element disposed outside of a rotating shaft as a component element of a shift mechanism for driving the sleeve disposed in a synchronization device of a conventional constitution.SOLUTION: By moving a piston (18e) of a piston chamber (18) in a hub (10) to one side in an axial direction, a first sleeve (130) is moved to one side or the other side in the axial direction through a first link mechanism (140), and spline-fitted to both of the hub (10) and a first transmission gear (81) to have a state of being integrally rotated, and by moving the piston (18e) to the other side in the axial direction, a second sleeve (230) is moved to the other side or one side in the axial direction through a second link mechanism (240), and spline-fitted to both of the hub (10) and the second transmission gear (82) to have a state of being integrally rotated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
