PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging material and a package enabling easier opening of a cylindrical film when a packed article is taken out.SOLUTION: A packaging material A includes a base material 1, a shrinkable cylindrical film 2 for packing at least a part of a packed article 4, and a joining part 3 for joining the cylindrical film 2 to the base material 1. The cylindrical film 2 has a cutting schedule line 27 for constituting a cutting line during opening, and a cutting start point line 21 easier in cutting than the cutting schedule line 27. The cutting start point line 21 has a top part 22 positioned on x-direction one side of the cylindrical film 2 with respect to the joining part 3 when seen in a z-direction and overlapping the joining part 3 in a y-direction, and a first side part 23 connected to the top part 22 and positioned on y-direction one side. The axial direction end 231 of the first side part 23 is positioned closer to the x-direction other side than the axial direction end 31 of the joining part 3. The cutting schedule line 27 extends more to the x-direction other side than the top part 22 on the y-direction one side with respect to the joining part 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
