FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used in tooth gears lubricated by plastic lubricants. Gear wheel comprises a body, a toothed rim with teeth and two annular pads with inner diameter smaller than gear rim bases circumference diameter, and outer diameters equal to gear rim tips circumference diameter, fixed on teeth ends and on the body end faces sections adjacent to the toothed rim. Each pad attachment is performed by means of ledges arranged on pad inner edge and representing one ring with inner diameter, equal to pad inner diameter, second ring with outer diameter equal to gear rim bases circumference diameter, and set of ledges, adjacent to teeth ends along their perimeter and having outer perimeter external profile, corresponding to teeth profile.EFFECT: provided is higher quality of the gear wheel lubrication.1 cl, 4 dwg |
