FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used in system of exhaust gases of internal combustion engine. Device includes a housing made in the form of a smooth cylindrical pipe with inlet and outlet holes. In a pipe there is a directing device of swirl flow of exhaust gases, made in the form of flat deflecting plates, installed rigidly on an inner surface of the cylindrical pipe at an angle to central axis, with variable, increasing in the direction of flow of exhaust gases surfaces, with forming of axial area free from deflecting plates, coaxially connecting distributor of swirl flow of exhaust gases with generating chamber. Generating chamber is connected coaxially with diffuser which has a form of the hollow truncated cone installed with its smaller base inside the generating chamber and tightly connected with generating chamber with larger base of truncated cone. On the housing there is a cooling jacket with guide of antifreeze flow and two branches: inlet branch pipe of antifreeze which arranged tangentially at the outlet of exhaust gas flow, and outlet branch pipe of antifreeze which arranged tangentially at the inlet of exhaust gas flow.EFFECT: when using the invention increases efficiency of fuel combustion in internal combustion engine, reduces amount of harmful emissions into atmosphere, reduces noise of engine operation.1 cl, 1 dwg |
