FIELD: computer engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to computer engineering. Device for decoding image comprises entropy decoding unit, extracts of intra-frame prediction mode of current unit, which indicates specific direction from plurality of directions by using one of dx number in horizontal direction and constant number in vertical direction or dy number in vertical direction and constant number in horizontal direction; and unit for performing intra-frame prediction, which determines quantity of adjacent pixels located on left of current unit or on upper side of current block, determines position of one or more adjacent pixels among neighbouring pixels located on left of the current unit or on upper side of current block using bitwise shift based on position of current pixel (j, i) and one of dx and dy numbers indicating specific direction, and performs intra-frame prediction to current block using number of adjacent pixels and position of one or more adjacent pixels.EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of efficiency of image compression due to performing intra-frame prediction in different directions.1 cl, 21 dwg, 4 tbl |
