摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection structure between a conductive member and a circuit electrode and a method for connecting the conductive member and the circuit electrode, having excellent long-term reliability and thermal fatigue resistance.SOLUTION: A method for connecting conductive members 11 and 12 and circuit electrodes 5 and 9 includes: a composite electrolytic plating process of performing electrolytic plating by immersing the conductive members 11 and 12 and the circuit electrodes 5 and 9 abutting on each other in a plating solution including cationic heat-resistant resin precursors and plating metal ions; and a heating process of performing heat treatment on a composite electrolytic plating layer formed in the composite electrolytic plating process to make the cationic heat-resistant resin precursors be reactive-cured. Thereby, a connection structure between the conductive members and the circuit electrodes is formed, where the conductive members 11 and 12 and the circuit electrodes 5 and 9 are jointed by joint layers 15a, 15b, and 15c including a composite electrolytic plating layer 17 in which heat-resistant resin is dispersed over plating metal grain boundaries, and are connected electrically.
