PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust duct and a turbine which suppress the stress acting on a connection part between a duct plate and an outer peripheral member and satisfactorily maintain an exhaust gas flow flowing in the inside.SOLUTION: An exhaust duct is provided with: a duct plate 11 forming a tubular shape; reinforcing ribs 15, 16 projecting radially outward from the outer peripheral part of the duct plate 11 and provided along the circumferential direction; and a heat shielding plate 22 arranged to form a heat insulation layer 21 on an inner peripheral part side of the duct plate 11, which corresponds to the reinforcing ribs 15, 16, and having such a first inclined part 23 that the thickness of the heat insulation layer 21 becomes thinner toward an upstream side in a flow direction of exhaust gas. |
