PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conversation assisting device having an excellent portability with which a user can talk to the others smoothly, a conversation assisting system and a conversation assisting method.

SOLUTION: The conversation assisting device or the conversation assisting system includes one or more sensors to detect biological information of the user, an information processing means which performs a predetermined information processing based on the biological information detected by the sensors and an output means to output a result of the information processing. The use is assisted to control the condition of himself/herself based on the output from the output means. The biological information is the important biological information including particularly the emotional information for the user to talk to the others smoothly.
