PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hard coating film coated tool capable of enhancing adhesiveness of a hard coating film, enhancing the oxidation resistance and wear resistance, suppressing welding resistance at high-temperature state and diffusion of element of a work into the hard coating film, and ready for drying, high-speed and rapid-feed in cutting. SOLUTION: In a coated tool having a hard coating film on a surface of a base body, the hard coating film includes a layer A with relatively large content of at least B and/or Nb, and a layer C with relatively small content of B and/or Nb, and the difference in B and/or Nb content between the layer A and the layer C is≥0.2 and≤5 in terms of the atomic ratio.
