PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact wash-free granular grain manufacturing apparatus capable of achieving the enhancement of turbidity so as to be opposed to the revision of a turbidity standard. SOLUTION: This wash-free rice manufacturing apparatus M is constituted by successively arranging a cleaned rice supply part 3, a rice washing part 10, a rinsing and dehydrating part 30 and a drying part 60 in a vertical direction from above. The rice washing part 10 is constituted so that a rice washing cylindrical part 11 is arranged so as to be downward inclined with respect to a horizontal direction and a rice washing screw 12 for supplying fresh water and feeding cleaned rice to a discharge port 11a is arranged in the rice washing cylindrical part 11. A pressure adjusting valve 14 is arranged to the leading end part of the rice washing cylindrical part 11 to adjust the quantity of the discharge port 11a opened. The rinsing and dehydrating part 30 is equipped with a dehydration screw 32 having an axis in a vertical direction and feeding cleaned rice upward and a dehydration basket 33 for performing drainage and, when cleaned rice is fed by the dehydration screw 32, new fresh water is supplied from a fresh water supply pipe 37 to rinse cleaned rice.
