WINNOWING EQUIPMENT OF RICE HUSKING SEPARATOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve sorting efficiency and sorting accuracy of unhulled rice winnowing equipment of a rice husking separator. SOLUTION: In the rice husking separator in which an unhulled rice winnowing path 10 running along an almost vertical direction is arranged at a transverse lateral of a rice husking section 1, a vibration type unhulled rice transporting shelf 9 which receives and transports unhulled rice toward the unhulled rice winnowing path 10 and which has a width narrower slightly than that of the unhulled rice winnowing path 10 is provided below rice husking rolls 7 and further a punched plate 15 through which a part of the unhulled rice falls is provided above the unhulled rice transporting shelf 9 at a predetermined distance to form two-step constitution. Unhulled rice with large specific gravity falling through the punched plate 15 is transported by the unhulled rice transporting shelf 9 and is supplied to a lower place of a lower part of the unhulled rice winnowing path 10 and is winnowed. Pieces of husks and stalks and unhulled rice with small specific gravity remaining on the punched plate 15 are transported by the punched plate 15 and is supplied to an upper place of a lower part of the unhulled rice winnowing path 10 and is winnowed.
