<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal processing structure of a coaxial cable and a shield terminal for the coaxial cable wherein operation becomes easy to carry out, the number of parts is few, and furthermore maintenance of high frequency characteristics and tensile strength is possible. <P>SOLUTION: A circular protruding braid part 3 in which the intermediate part of an insulating sheath 10 in the coaxial cable 1 is peeled, one insulating sheath 10a is drawn to the other insulating sheath 10b, and with this drawing, a braid 9 is protruded from the end part space of the one and the other insulating sheaths 10a, 10b to the outside in a circular shape, and one part of the shield terminal 5 for the coaxial cable to be connected to the terminal of the coaxial cable 1, that is, a braid connection fixing part 6 are connected and fixed.
