PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a luminaire that can suppress reduction of visibility of a viewing target when the viewing target exists on a road between a vehicle and the luminaire.SOLUTION: A luminaire 1 comprises a first light source unit 2 for applying light 2L in the traveling direction D of a vehicle, a second light source unit 3 for applying light 3L in the opposite direction O to the traveling direction D, and a controller 4 for individually controlling the illuminance of each of the light 2L and the light 3L in accordance with approach of the vehicle to the luminaire 1. According to this configuration, it is possible to enhance the contrast of the viewing target with respect to the road, so that reduction of visibility of the viewing target can be suppressed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
