PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for facilitating the positioning at the time of manufacturing, while making positional deviation difficult to occur, when disposing a thermoelectric module for a prism member.SOLUTION: A thermoelectric generator includes a thermoelectric module 100 generating an electromotive force by the temperature difference between a first surface and a second surface spaced apart therefrom, and a prism member (passage pipe) 90 having n side faces, where n is an integer of 3 or more. In the thermoelectric generator, a temperature difference is generated by heat transmission between the side face and the first surface. The first surface includes two planes.
