FIELD: medical equipment; stomatology. ^ SUBSTANCE: bridge-like tooth prosthesis contains the fixing fastening executed from two fixing elements, established azygomorphously opposite in cavities on aproximal surfaces of abutment teeth. Each fixing element is executed in the form of the L-shaped plate rigidly bridged in an end face of its larger part by means of the screw with a rectangular plate, exceeding on a thickness the L-shaped plate, on an internal surface of larger part of the L-shaped plate the notch is executed, and the smaller part of the L-shaped plate has the semicircle or segment form and is bridged from mostly L-shaped plate to formation of smooth transition of their lateral surfaces, rectangular plates are executed with apertures, with the big side of the opposite the L-shaped plate located with movement possibility accordingly. Between internal surfaces of the larger parts of the first and second fixing elements and internal surfaces of rectangular plates the roller is placed, executed in the form of the coil on which cylindrical surface there is a notch for interaction with a reciprocal notch on L-shaped plates. A spline is executed under the instrument on an external face surface of a roller. ^ EFFECT: increase of durability and reliability of a prosthesis at the expense of keeping of chewing or cutting surfaces of abutment teeth. ^ 3 dwg |
