The tank shell has a head and walls, including a partially translucent wall with stiffness and bearing capacity stepwisely varying throughout the height. The walls form cubic configuration of the tank shell and are partially structurally combined with the building structures. The tank shell walls, building floor or foundation are tightly joined with the tank head and form a water-filled bath.
