#CMT# #/CMT# The circuit (1) has two mechanical switches (S1, S2) successively arranged in a current path (2), and mechanically coupled together for simultaneous actuation. A transistor (T1) controls a bypass current path (3) bypassing both the switches. A control connection (B) of the transistor between the switches is connected with the current path, where the transistor disables both the closed switches. The transistor is a bipolar transistor whose base connection forms the control connection, and a resistor is arranged in the control path connected to control connection with the current path. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Circuit for switching electric current i.e. direct current, in a switching circuit of an alternating current converter, for a photovoltaic system (all claimed). #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The control connection of the current path between the switches is connected with the current path, and the transistor disables both the closed switches, thus realizing optimized time response for respective application, and avoiding the need for a separate timing delay and an external voltage supply. #CMT#DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS : #/CMT# The drawing shows a simplified principal circuit diagram of an electrical current switching circuit with a bipolar transistor. S1, S2 : Mechanical switches T1 : Transistor 1 : Electric current switching circuit 2 : Current path 3 : Bypass current path. |
