The optical fiber with a free end (45A) extends into a flow cell body (20), and a vibration damper absorbs vibration arising between the free end of the optical fiber and the flow cell body. The vibration damper is located in a region between a side of the free end, which is opposite to the flow cell body, and the flow cell body.
