PURPOSE: A resistive film based touch panel and a method for connecting an upper film with a lower film electrically are provided to stably realize electrical connection of electrodes for generating potential. CONSTITUTION: An upper substrate(310) is combined with a lower substrate(320) by adhesive. An upper potential generation electrode(313) and a lower potential generation electrode(323) are on the upper substrate and the lower substrate. A support plate(330) is included on the rear side of the lower substrate. A plurality of conductive holes penetrate the support plate and the lower substrate. The upper potential generation electrode is exposed by the conductive holes.
