PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor, a communication system, and a computer program capable of reducing discomfort of a user even if a communication situation of a network used in processing is not good.SOLUTION: Disclosed is an information processor 1 (3) which includes: reception means for receiving operation; and processing means for performing processing in accordance with operation received by the reception means, and when the reception means receives a prescribed operation, the reception means transmits or receives data between external equipment 2 connected thereto via a network N.
