<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the influence of trouble in any traffic means upon the users and the people related without resorting to the active will of the user(s). <P>SOLUTION: The notifying method for the users about the operation situation of the traffic means is configured so that the setting is accepted for each user about the route via which each user uses the traffic means, its timing, and movement, and the phenomena to hinder the operation of the traffic means are collected, and existence or none of the influence of each phenomenon is judged for each user, and the obtained fact is notified to the users judged as influenced and the people related to the movement of the users. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
