PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diaper changing care device of a simple structure for easily changing a diaper of a care receiver such as a sick person and an aged person. SOLUTION: This diaper changing care device is composed of a rectangular foot hooking frame body 1 having a foot hooking part 12, and a support leg body 2 connected to the foot hooking frame body 1. The support leg body 2 supports the foot hooking frame body 1 in a rising state of a desired angle by horizontally positioning the foot hooking part 12, and is connected to the foot hooking frame body 1 so as to be folded back. In use, the foot hooking frame body 1 is arranged so that the foot hooking part 12 is positioned under both knees P1 of the care receiver P lying on his back. Afterwards, the foot hooking frame body 1 is risen so that the foot hooking part 12 can be lifted upward. Leg parts P2 and P3 of the care receiver P are lifted in a state of hooking both knees P1 of the care receiver P on the foot hooking part 12, and the foot hooking frame body 1 risen in such as state is supported by the support leg body 2.
