<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein the temperature of hot water after heat exchange drops when arriving at a hot water storage tank due to heat radiation in a circulating water channel when the piping length of the circulating water channel is long or an outside air temperature drops, and in consequence, hot water of set temperature cannot be stored in a hot water storage tank, and the stable amount of hot and cold water used cannot be secured. <P>SOLUTION: A control means 15 comparatively computes the temperature difference between the temperature detected by a heat source side circulating temperature detecting part 11 and the temperature detected by a tank side circulating temperature detecting part 12, and reduces the flow of circulating hot and cold water by a circulating pump 9 if a temperature difference value is a predetermined value or more, and regulates until the temperature difference between the temperature detected by the heat source side circulating temperature detecting part and the temperature detected by the tank side circulating temperature detecting part is the predetermined value or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
