<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire synchronized waveform data about a plurality of input signals with a simple configuration, in a sampling device having a plurality of channels. <P>SOLUTION: The sampling device is provided with: an AD converter for converting the signal value of a corresponding input signal into a digital value in accordance with a given sampling clock in respective channels; a counter for counting pulses of the sampling clock; a memory for sequentially storing the digital value in an address corresponding to the count value of the counter; a transmitting and receiving part for outputting the count value of the counter at timing at which waveform acquisition of the input signal is to be started as a head data count value in the case of being predetermined as a main channel and receiving the head data count value from the main channel in the case of being predetermined as another sub-channel; and an output part for sequentially outputting a digital value stored in the memory with the digital value stored in an address corresponding to the head data count value as head data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
