<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce dimension and weight of an appliance and to improve efficiency by applying a single heat source for hot water supplying, heating and bathing by combining a heat exchanger for a hot water supply with a heat exchanger for a latent heat recovery. <P>SOLUTION: A hot water supplying circuit is formed from a water supply passage 1 to a tapping passage 3 through the heat exchanger 16 for the latent heat recovery and the heat exchanger 15 for the hot water supply, and a hot water supplying circulating circuit 19 is formed for taking out the water from the heat exchanger 15 for the hot water supply, supplying the water to a use-side heat exchanger 18, and returning the water to the heat exchanger 16 for the latent heat recovery through a circulation pump 17. A receiving pan 16j for receiving dew condensation water is mounted at a lower portion of the latent heat recovering-heat exchanger 16, and a neutralizing device 42 is mounted for neutralizing the water received by the receiving pan 16j and draining the same. The neutralizing device 42 is composed of a neutralizer 42g formed by integrally molding a neutralizer-filled chamber 42e of a trap structure partitioned by a partitioning plate 42d and a neutralizing water storing chamber 42f, an electrode 42a mounted in the storing chamber, a draining pump 42b for forcibly draining the neutralizing water, and a check valve 42c for preventing back-flow to a storing chamber 42f when the draining pump is stopped. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
