<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound which can be manufactured at a low cost and easily, and which gives a photoelectric transducer having high photoelectric conversion efficiency also in a long wavelength range of at least 600 nm. <P>SOLUTION: The compound is shown by formula (I). In the formula, A represents an aromatic hydrocarbon ring. R<SP>1</SP>is a group combined with A, and represents a hydrocarbon radical or an amino group with which a hydrocarbon group may combine. R<SP>2</SP>-R<SP>4</SP>represents a hydrogen or the like.
