摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten time for communicating with a contactless IC card of a card reader for multiple cards.

SOLUTION: When a higher-level management device 10 transmits inquiry and request for inquiring the contactless IC card 50 about a plurality of communication standards mutually different to a plurality of inquiry units 20 and 30 at a time, the higher-level management device includes in the inquiry and request a stop request for requiring a stop of transmitting an inquiry signal to the contactless IC card 50 when the inquiry unit of other system transmits the inquiry signal for the inquiry and request.
