FIELD: medicine; traumatology and orthopaedics. ^ SUBSTANCE: apparatus of outer fixation with installation of rotation axis in region of proximal tibia-fibula joint is applied. Turn of distal part of shin is performed in frontal plane relative to proximal part due to tibia-fibula joint movement. Tibia osteotomia is performed in oblique plane in outwards direction top-down at angle 60-80 relative to shin longitudinal axis. ^ EFFECT: anatomic alignment of bone fragments after osteotomia and in process of correction, elimination of possibility of bone fragments displacement, increase of area of fragment contact and improvement of osteogenesis conditions, and improvement of cosmetic result of treatment. ^ 1 dwg
