The method involves bringing texturized siliceous surface (14) in permanent contact with a material (25), whose refractive index is larger than 1. A medium (26) having the same refractive index like the material is placed between the siliceous surface and the material. Pressure or increased temperature acts on the siliceous surface and/or material during the production of the surfaces. The material is a glass, polymer, elastomer quartz or sapphire. An independent claim is also included for a texturized siliceous surface of an optoelectronic component.
