PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for maintaining the plication within a hollow organ. SOLUTION: The device includes an elongated member having distal and proximal ends. The distal end is inserted into a body cavity. The elongated member has an end effector at its distal end. The end effector has the outer cylinder having at least an opening, and the inner cylinder having at least an opening. The inner cylinder is at least partially disposed within the outer cylinder and the cylinders are rotatable with respect to each other.
